Available Positions

Manufacturing Team Member/Laser Helper
Position Summary:
Responsible for working with our operators to pull, clean, and package parts for customer orders in a safe and timely manner. Communicate with appropriate personnel to maximize efficiency and quality. Must be able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision. Must be dependable with regular, predictable attendance.

Principle Duties:

  • Production
    • Deburr parts, stack and separate the Sheet skeleton.
    • Move completed work orders to their next destination.
    • Always use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
    • Read Work Orders and blueprints to verify part counts, quality, etc.
    • Lift approximately 50 lbs (at times repetitively)
    • Withstand repetitive motion of upper and lower body as well as extremities.
    • Stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
  • Quality Control
    • Do appropriate QC checks as assigned.
    • Identify QC issues and seek help.
    • Use appropriate QC measuring equipment.
  • Cleaning
    • Clean workstation at end of shift
    • Willingness to do miscellaneous cleaning duties as directed by supervisor.
    • Keep workstation tidy and free of soda/water bottles, snacks, etc.
  • General
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the handbook.
    • Respect supervisors and fellow employees- alert HR to any issues
    • Be especially conscious of the attendance policy and have reliable transportation.
    • Other duties as assigned.
Manufacturing Team Member
Position Summary:
Responsible for operating punch presses and auxiliary equipment as assigned by the stamping supervisor. Must work in conjunction with Directors of Operation, Shipping, Tool Room, Quality Control, and Maintenance to ensure the customer receives quality parts on time.

Principle Duties:

  • Production
    • Required to be punched in and ready to work by assigned time
    • Run/operate foot pedal or two-hand push button controls
    • Use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all times
    • Read Work Order Travelers
    • Execute general math
    • Lift approximately 50 lbs (at times repetitively)
    • Withstand repetitive motion of upper and lower body as well as extremities
    • Stand for a minimum of 8 hours
    • Communicate with appropriate personnel to maximize efficiency
  • Quality Control
    • Do appropriate QC checks as assigned
    • Identify QC issues and seek help
    • Use appropriate QC measuring equipment
    • Identify mis-hits or errors and alert a supervisor immediately
    • Willingness to purchase required measuring equipment following 90 day probationary period
  • Cleaning
    • Mop work station at end of shift
    • Empty slug trays and scrap lugger as needed
    • Keep work station tidy and free of soda/water bottles, snacks, etc.
    • Willingness to do miscellaneous cleaning duties as directed by supervisor
  • General
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the handbook
    • Respect supervisors and fellow employees- alert HR to any issues
    • Be especially conscious of the attendance policy and have reliable transportation
    • Other duties as assigned
Set Up Team Member
Position Summary:
Responsible for setting up and operating punch presses and auxiliary equipment as assigned by the stamping supervisor. Must work in conjunction with Directors of Operation, Shipping, Tool Room, Quality Control, and Maintenance to ensure the customer receives quality parts on time.

Principle Duties:

  • Production
    • Able to set up presses from 28Ton to 440Ton
    • Able to set up and run auxiliary equipment (cradles, decoilers, feeders, overhead crane, etc) 🟂 Experience with troubleshooting alignment, short feeds, or any issue associated with punch press assignment
    • Required to be punched in and ready to work by assigned time
    • Run/operate foot pedal or two-hand push button controls
    • Use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all times
    • Read Work Order Travelers
    • Execute general math
    • Lift approximately 50 lbs (at times repetitively)
    • Withstand repetitive motion of upper and lower body as well as extremities

Position Summary:
Responsible for welding parts in accordance to prints as assigned by the supervisor. Must work in conjunction with Directors of Operations, Shipping, Tool Room, Quality Control, and Maintenance to ensure the customer receives quality parts on time.

Principle Duties:

  • Welding
    • Run/operate welding equipment/grinders/sanders
    • Must be able to read corresponding prints and execute part to print
    • Use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all times
    • Read production orders
    • Execute general math
    • Lift approximately 50 lbs (at times repetitively)
  • Quality Control
    • Do appropriate QC checks as assigned
    • Identify QC issues and seek help
    • Use appropriate QC measuring equipment
    • Identify errors and alert a supervisor immediately
    • Willingness to purchase required equipment following 90 day probationary period
  • Cleaning
    • Keep work station tidy and free of soda/water bottles, snacks, etc.
    • Willingness to do miscellaneous cleaning duties as directed by supervisor
  • General
    • Withstand repetitive motion of upper and lower body as well as extremities
    • Stand for a minimum of 8 hours
    • Communicate with appropriate personnel to maximize efficiency
    • Required to be punched in and ready to work by assigned time
    • Must be able to tolerate fast paced work environment with work that is sometimes repetive 🟂 Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the handbook
